Quels sont les facteurs qui influencent leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et leurs comportements ? Comment ces facteurs influencent-ils leurs actions ? Pr\u00e8s de 400 \u00e9tudiants de l'Universit\u00e9 de Californie \u00e0 Los Angeles ont r\u00e9pondu au questionnaire en ligne sur la lecture acad\u00e9mique au printemps 2014 en \u00e9tant d'accord ou non avec les \u00e9nonc\u00e9s concernant leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de format lorsqu'ils s'engagent avec leurs textes acad\u00e9miques, et les facteurs contextuels qui les influencent. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent qu'ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent massivement les formats imprim\u00e9s aux formats \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 des fins d'apprentissage, mais de multiples facteurs tels que l'accessibilit\u00e9, le co\u00fbt, la complexit\u00e9 et l'importance de la lecture pour le cours affectent leurs comportements r\u00e9els. Les r\u00e9sultats sont ensuite examin\u00e9s dans le cadre plus large d'\u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures sur les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de format de pr\u00e9sentation et de recherches comparant la compr\u00e9hension de la lecture dans des formats \u00e9lectroniques et imprim\u00e9s.
