{"id":1775,"date":"2023-10-12T22:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T22:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1775"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:45:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:45:18","slug":"embedding-equality-in-education-a-collaborative-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/embedding-equality-in-education-a-collaborative-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Int\u00e9grer l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9ducation - un projet de collaboration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La biblioth\u00e8que de la KTH a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un projet financ\u00e9 par la vice-pr\u00e9sidente charg\u00e9e de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et des valeurs et la vice-pr\u00e9sidente charg\u00e9e du d\u00e9veloppement durable au cours de l'ann\u00e9e 2021, qui visait \u00e0 soutenir les enseignants dans leur travail d'int\u00e9gration de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la KTH. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l'\u00e9quipe \u00c9ducation de la biblioth\u00e8que et con\u00e7u en collaboration avec l'\u00e9quipe Arena, l'\u00e9quipe Collections et le d\u00e9partement Apprentissage. L'objectif global du projet \u00e9tait de soutenir les enseignants dans l'int\u00e9gration de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 en se concentrant sur la ma\u00eetrise critique de l'information et en d\u00e9veloppant des activit\u00e9s qui pourraient, au fil du temps, favoriser une mani\u00e8re durable et syst\u00e9matique de travailler sur le genre et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Les activit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet \u00e9taient des expositions, des discussions sur des livres avec une perspective de genre, un atelier sur les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s pour les doctorants, des clubs de lecture au sein de l'\u00e9quipe \u00c9ducation (Accardi, Drabinski &amp; Kumbier, 2010 ; Carstensen, 2006), et un atelier pour le personnel de la biblioth\u00e8que.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'autorit\u00e9 su\u00e9doise de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation qui a montr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'am\u00e9liorer le genre et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans plusieurs domaines de l'\u00e9ducation. L'universit\u00e9 a donc financ\u00e9 des projets visant \u00e0 aider les enseignants \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les questions de genre et d'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Le personnel de la biblioth\u00e8que a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le projet en se basant sur la th\u00e9orie et les strat\u00e9gies trouv\u00e9es dans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dans le cadre du cours sur la th\u00e9orie du genre et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur technique \u00e0 la KTH ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la litt\u00e9rature lue et discut\u00e9e par l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative (Accardi, Drabinski &amp; Kumbier, 2010 ; Carstensen, 2006) ; et les objectifs mondiaux des Nations Unies (https:\/\/www.globalgoals.org\/).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, mais il reste plusieurs aspects sur lesquels il convient de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. L'un des d\u00e9fis \u00e9tait de savoir comment atteindre un public occup\u00e9 par l'enseignement et la recherche. Un autre d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 s'assurer que le contenu fourni \u00e9tait pertinent. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile d'envisager comment les perspectives sur le genre et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le travail quotidien apr\u00e8s la fin officielle du projet. Les r\u00e9actions et l'\u00e9valuation des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s ont montr\u00e9 que les discussions sur les livres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es, car elles ont permis de parler et de partager des exp\u00e9riences sur les textes et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du point de vue du genre et de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Nous avons maintenu ces discussions apr\u00e8s la fin du projet. Les clubs de lecture au sein de l'\u00e9quipe d'enseignants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme pr\u00e9cieux pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des mises \u00e0 jour de la politique d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans l'enseignement de la biblioth\u00e8que. Le projet a eu pour effet de modifier la politique d'acquisition de la biblioth\u00e8que afin de prendre en consid\u00e9ration les questions de genre et d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 lors de l'achat de nouveaux m\u00e9dias.
