{"id":1759,"date":"2023-10-12T21:46:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T21:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1759"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:46:00","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:46:00","slug":"helping-instructors-to-decode-information-literacy-a-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/helping-instructors-to-decode-information-literacy-a-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Aider les formateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9coder la ma\u00eetrise de l'information : Un atelier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De nombreux enseignants s'attendent \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9tudiants d\u00e9veloppent et d\u00e9montrent leur ma\u00eetrise de l'information par le biais de travaux pratiques, mais ils sont souvent frustr\u00e9s par les r\u00e9sultats, car les \u00e9tudiants (en tant que novices) et les enseignants (en tant qu'experts disciplinaires) semblent parler deux langues diff\u00e9rentes. Dans cet atelier, nous mod\u00e9lisons les activit\u00e9s que nous avons propos\u00e9es \u00e0 plusieurs cohortes de formateurs et qui sont centr\u00e9es sur l'utilisation de Decoding the Disciplines (Pace &amp; Middendorf, 2004) et Writing to Learn (WAC Clearinghouse, n.d.) pour aider les formateurs \u00e0 identifier les fa\u00e7ons dont ils peuvent d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re intentionnelle et transparente la ma\u00eetrise de l'information de leurs \u00e9tudiants tout en apprenant des modes de pens\u00e9e disciplinaires. Nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'une strat\u00e9gie \u00e9volutive et durable pour int\u00e9grer la ma\u00eetrise de l'information dans les programmes et les cursus, car le travail avec un seul enseignant peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 plusieurs cours. Cette strat\u00e9gie offre aux biblioth\u00e9caires la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00eatre intimement impliqu\u00e9s dans l'int\u00e9gration de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information dans les exp\u00e9riences acad\u00e9miques des \u00e9tudiants, mais ne leur demande pas de planifier et d'animer de multiples ateliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cet atelier, les participants seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>appliquer le D\u00e9codage des disciplines \u00e0 leur travail avec les enseignants afin d'identifier les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement de l'apprentissage de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information chez les \u00e9tudiants ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utiliser des ressources telles que le Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education et Writing to Learn pour d\u00e9velopper ou adapter des activit\u00e9s visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement des \u00e9tudiants en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise de l'information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sujets \u00e0 couvrir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'\u00e9volution de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information, la perception de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information par les formateurs, la mani\u00e8re dont la ma\u00eetrise de l'information peut faire partie d'un curriculum cach\u00e9 et la strat\u00e9gie de soutien de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information par le biais de la formation des formateurs ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vue d'ensemble du D\u00e9codage des disciplines ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction d'\u00c9crire pour apprendre ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les participants sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 apporter leurs appareils \u00e9lectroniques, mais des copies papier des documents de l'atelier seront disponibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public cible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout biblioth\u00e9caire qui travaille avec des professeurs\/instructeurs, en particulier dans un coll\u00e8ge ou une universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pace, D., &amp; Middendorf, J.
