Malgr\u00e9 le nombre croissant de projets et d'initiatives dans le domaine de la ma\u00eetrise des m\u00e9dias et de l'information, ce domaine de d\u00e9veloppement social reste un concept relativement nouveau pour la politique \u00e9ducative du Kazakhstan. Les normes de ma\u00eetrise de l'information ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es par l'ACRL et adopt\u00e9es dans le monde entier, mais on dispose de peu d'informations sur le degr\u00e9 de formation et de comp\u00e9tence de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise de l'information. En particulier, il n'existe pas de programmes \u00e9ducatifs obligatoires sur la ma\u00eetrise de l'information au Kazakhstan. La situation est compliqu\u00e9e par l'absence d'un nombre suffisant de mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique et m\u00e9thodologique de haute qualit\u00e9 en langue kazakhe. Ainsi, la plupart des enseignants, des biblioth\u00e9caires et des \u00e9tudiants du Kazakhstan souffrent d'un manque de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences pertinentes. Cet article pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats du projet social \"SauattyKeleshek\" sur le MIL, financ\u00e9 par le Fonds de d\u00e9veloppement social de l'Universit\u00e9 Nazarbayev. Le programme \"SauattyKeleshek\" visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences et les aptitudes en mati\u00e8re de MIL parmi les biblioth\u00e9caires universitaires et scolaires du Kazakhstan. Le projet comprenait une formation \u00e9ducative d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au groupe cible, \u00e0 la fois en ligne et sur place. Le public cible du projet \u00e9tait les biblioth\u00e9caires universitaires et scolaires du Kazakhstan. Les objectifs de ce document de recherche sont d'identifier les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de MIL des participants au projet et les moyens d'am\u00e9liorer leurs connaissances en la mati\u00e8re. Dans cette \u00e9tude, les chercheurs r\u00e9pondront aux questions suivantes : quels sont les besoins en information du public cible ; comment la formation en MIL am\u00e9liore-t-elle les connaissances en MIL des participants ; comment le contenu du programme de formation en MIL r\u00e9pond-il aux besoins en information des apprenants ? Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les chercheurs ont appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de recherche qualitative en analysant les r\u00e9sultats des donn\u00e9es primaires d'une enqu\u00eate en ligne men\u00e9e avant la formation, et le programme de formation MIL \u00e9labor\u00e9 sur la base de l'analyse de l'enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire. L'\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9finissaient le terme MIL de mani\u00e8re incorrecte, bien qu'elles aient initialement confirm\u00e9 qu'elles \u00e9taient familiaris\u00e9es avec le concept MIL. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 qu'aucun s\u00e9minaire ou formation en mati\u00e8re de MIL n'\u00e9tait propos\u00e9 aux utilisateurs dans leur \u00e9tablissement d'origine. Les apprenants ont admis qu'ils utilisaient du mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique sans le citer et sans respecter les droits d'auteur. Au total, 391 participants ont suivi 24 formations en ligne et 7 formations sur site dans le cadre du projet. Le programme MIL a appris aux participants \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>g\u00e9rer les flux d'informations ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rechercher, utiliser et diffuser des informations fiables ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00e9lectionner et organiser le contenu num\u00e9rique, identifier le mat\u00e9riel en ligne n\u00e9cessaire et de haute qualit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comprendre les questions de droits d'auteur ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appliquer une strat\u00e9gie de pens\u00e9e critique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les apprenants ont soulign\u00e9 l'utilit\u00e9 et l'intensit\u00e9 de la formation, qui r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 leurs besoins d'information et leur offrait la possibilit\u00e9 d'une mise en \u0153uvre ult\u00e9rieure. L'efficacit\u00e9 du cours est prouv\u00e9e par le fait que les participants ont obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats au test final et ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de MIL. Les participants ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et men\u00e9 diverses activit\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9es au concept MIL, ce qui d\u00e9montre l'am\u00e9lioration des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences des biblioth\u00e9caires acad\u00e9miques et scolaires en mati\u00e8re de MIL.
