Analyse des questions anonymes dans un cours d'\u00e9criture de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'une des questions cl\u00e9s de l'enseignement de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information est d'adapter le contenu des sessions aux besoins et aux int\u00e9r\u00eats des \u00e9tudiants. Si nous pouvons obtenir des informations de la part des enseignants, il est rare que nous entendions parler des \u00e9tudiants eux-m\u00eames. Dans cette \u00e9tude, je souhaite contribuer \u00e0 combler cette lacune. Cette \u00e9tude de cas se situe dans une universit\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine de niveau R-1, avec un cours d'\u00e9criture de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e qui int\u00e8gre un programme de ma\u00eetrise de l'information. L'un des enseignants a demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants de soumettre anonymement leurs questions sur la ma\u00eetrise de l'information, notamment sur l'utilisation des biblioth\u00e8ques, la recherche de sources, l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique, etc. Le biblioth\u00e9caire du cours a r\u00e9pondu aux questions et a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9ponses sur le syst\u00e8me de gestion du cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai examin\u00e9 trois semestres de questions, soit un total d'environ 100 questions, et j'ai adopt\u00e9 une approche essentiellement qualitative, en me concentrant sur l'analyse th\u00e9matique et l'analyse des sentiments. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 les th\u00e8mes des questions et les \u00e9motions qui y sont exprim\u00e9es, telles que la crainte d'enfreindre accidentellement les politiques d'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique. Dans ma pr\u00e9sentation, je montrerai l'\u00e9volution et la stabilit\u00e9 des niveaux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les sujets au fil des semestres et je cartographierai les questions des \u00e9tudiants sur le programme de formation \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'information pour discuter des domaines communs et diff\u00e9rents.
