{"id":1722,"date":"2023-10-11T18:39:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T18:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1722"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:48:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:48:36","slug":"building-a-national-alliance-for-media-and-information-literacy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/building-a-national-alliance-for-media-and-information-literacy\/","title":{"rendered":"Construire une alliance nationale pour l'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans cet atelier, nous partagerons notre exp\u00e9rience, au Royaume-Uni, de la mise en place d'un organisme national de coordination pour d\u00e9fendre l'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information (EMI), encourager le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et contribuer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'une base de donn\u00e9es sur l'EMI. Nous aimerions comparer notre approche avec des initiatives similaires ou apparent\u00e9es dans d'autres pays et utiliser l'atelier pour discuter avec les participants des moyens de sensibiliser l'ensemble de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise des m\u00e9dias et de l'information en tant que contribution indispensable \u00e0 l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie, \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la vie de tous les jours. L'atelier abordera les le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es du Royaume-Uni et des pays des participants. Il devrait d\u00e9boucher sur des id\u00e9es quant \u00e0 la meilleure fa\u00e7on de susciter l'int\u00e9r\u00eat des diverses parties prenantes (au sein et en dehors des professions de l'information) pour les MIL et, en fin de compte, de contribuer \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration de politiques et de pratiques publiques, y compris dans le domaine de l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'atelier s'appuiera sur les travaux entrepris par l'Alliance pour l'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information (MILA) du Royaume-Uni. Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en octobre 2021, \u00e0 la suite de la publication de la strat\u00e9gie d'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias en ligne du gouvernement britannique (Online Media Literacy Strategy, 2021), qui couvre \u00e0 la fois l'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et l'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l'information. L'un des d\u00e9fis identifi\u00e9s dans la strat\u00e9gie est le manque de coordination et de collaboration intersectorielle entre le large \u00e9ventail de parties prenantes au Royaume-Uni. Le MILA cherche \u00e0 y rem\u00e9dier, en premier lieu en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un dialogue avec une multiplicit\u00e9 d'acteurs. Il s'agit, par exemple, de l'Ofcom (l'autorit\u00e9 britannique de r\u00e9gulation des m\u00e9dias), de Health Education England, de l'Association for Citizenship Teaching, de Wikimedia UK, de la Royal Society of Arts, ainsi que d'individus et d'organisations repr\u00e9sentant l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques, les biblioth\u00e8ques scolaires et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'atelier abordera la dynamique de la mise en place d'une initiative nationale de MIL \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro, et les participants seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions telles que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelles sont les approches adopt\u00e9es pour persuader les parties prenantes (publiques, commerciales et du troisi\u00e8me secteur) de la pertinence et de l'importance des MIL ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les m\u00e9canismes et les strat\u00e9gies les plus efficaces pour d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau ou une alliance ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles sont les activit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes qu'une MIL nationale pourrait entreprendre au mieux (par exemple, la recherche, la cr\u00e9ation de communaut\u00e9s de pratique, le plaidoyer, etc.) ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 la LIM est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une mesure protectionniste contre des menaces telles que la d\u00e9sinformation, comment les parties prenantes et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peuvent elles \u00e9galement \u00eatre sensibilis\u00e9es au potentiel d'autonomisation de la LIM ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment ces initiatives peuvent elles \u00eatre financ\u00e9es (argent, personnel) dans des environnements o\u00f9 le financement n'est pas toujours facile \u00e0 obtenir ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La port\u00e9e et l'ampleur des politiques et des pratiques nationales en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information, en particulier dans le monde de l'\u00e9ducation, varient d'un pays \u00e0 l'autre (Frau-Meigs, et al., 2017). Cela fait presque 10 ans que l'UNESCO a publi\u00e9 ses directives politiques et strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information (2013), nous aimerions donc discuter de l'impact qu'elles ont pu avoir \u00e0 travers le monde. L'atelier permettra aux participants d'examiner les bonnes pratiques au niveau international, de comparer les exp\u00e9riences et de donner un aper\u00e7u des interventions collaboratives efficaces pour aider \u00e0 promouvoir les politiques nationales d'\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l'information. Les animateurs utiliseront des discussions de type \"world caf\u00e9\" pour recueillir les r\u00e9sultats de l'atelier et les partager avec les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'issue de la session.
