DigComp 2.2 ((Vuorikari, R. et al., 2022) offre de nombreux exemples de connaissances, d'aptitudes et d'attitudes souhaitables pour les citoyens et les travailleurs ma\u00eetrisant l'information et les donn\u00e9es, dont beaucoup sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 la gestion de documents, tant analogiques que num\u00e9riques. Ces comp\u00e9tences devraient faire partie des objectifs d'apprentissage \u00e0 la fin de tout parcours acad\u00e9mique ; elles marquent la croissance individuelle des \u00e9tudiants et favorisent leur future carri\u00e8re, en particulier si elles sont certifi\u00e9es. Les badges ouverts sont un outil d'\u00e9valuation utile qui permet aux \u00e9tudiants de faire valoir ces comp\u00e9tences sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires qui contribuent \u00e0 l'acquisition de ces comp\u00e9tences peuvent devenir plus visibles au sein de leurs institutions et d\u00e9fendre leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La biblioth\u00e8que de l'universit\u00e9 de Trieste a profit\u00e9 des fermetures li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de 2021 pour mettre en place un cours de ma\u00eetrise de l'information en ligne, \u00e0 son rythme et en auto-apprentissage, \u00e0 l'intention des \u00e9tudiants. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires, en utilisant le temps des biblioth\u00e9caires pendant la fermeture. Le produit final a \u00e9t\u00e9 h\u00e9berg\u00e9 sur la plateforme Moodle de l'\u00e9tablissement. Les objectifs du cours visent \u00e0 accro\u00eetre les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise de l'information, y compris la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \"reconna\u00eetre les besoins en information et \u00e0 localiser, \u00e9valuer, appliquer et cr\u00e9er l'information\" (IFLA, The Alexandria Proclamation, 2005), y compris \"comment l'utiliser de mani\u00e8re \u00e9thique\" (IFLA, MIL Recommendations, 2011). Un effet secondaire attendu du cours serait d'am\u00e9liorer la connaissance et l'utilisation des services et des ressources de la biblioth\u00e8que, quel que soit leur format, parmi les \u00e9tudiants, pour qui la biblioth\u00e8que n'est pas toujours le premier port d'appel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par la Biblioth\u00e8que des sciences et des technologies au cours de l'ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique (A.A.) 2021\/22, \u00e9tait adapt\u00e9e aux besoins des \u00e9tudiants en STEM. Au cours de l'ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique 2022\/2023, le cours a \u00e9t\u00e9 remodel\u00e9. Le mat\u00e9riel a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9organis\u00e9 et \u00e9largi pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins multidisciplinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants qui r\u00e9ussissent le test final obtiennent un badge Open num\u00e9rique, la norme internationale pour valoriser les comp\u00e9tences individuelles. Les badges Open sont facilement partageables sur les portfolios individuels, les CV, les comptes de m\u00e9dias sociaux et les sites web personnels. Officiellement annonc\u00e9e en octobre 2022, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du cours, \u00e0 la date du 8 mars 2023, avait d\u00e9livr\u00e9 432 badges, le plus grand nombre parmi les 8 badges accord\u00e9s par l'Universit\u00e9 de Trieste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent rapport inscrit cette exp\u00e9rience dans le cadre de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information : il d\u00e9crit la gen\u00e8se du cours, ses objectifs d'apprentissage (conformes aux ODD 4, 10 et 17 des Nations unies) et analyse les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s entre la premi\u00e8re et la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition. Il explique comment le cours est devenu un cours de type \"open-badge\" et quelles sont les ressources qui ont permis son d\u00e9veloppement. En analysant le retour d'information des participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9dition actuelle, il discute des le\u00e7ons apprises et des id\u00e9es pour de nouvelles am\u00e9liorations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, le document remet en question les limites de ces exp\u00e9riences : dans quelle mesure sont-elles capables de produire un changement profond ? Peuvent elles \u00eatre d\u00e9finies comme une \"formation \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'information\" ou simplement comme une \"formation en biblioth\u00e9conomie\" ?
