Lorsqu'ils reprennent leurs \u00e9tudes, leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise de l'information doivent \u00eatre mises \u00e0 jour pour leur permettre d'utiliser efficacement les bases de donn\u00e9es et les portails de recherche actuels. En collaboration avec les enseignants de la facult\u00e9 de sant\u00e9, les biblioth\u00e9caires universitaires ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver les meilleurs outils d'aide \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'information pour les \u00e9tudiants en master de l'universit\u00e9 des sciences appliqu\u00e9es LAB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tudier les besoins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conception des services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un processus de conception de services a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2022 afin de trouver des moyens d'am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9tudiants en master en mati\u00e8re de recherche d'informations. Les informations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies \u00e0 l'aide de m\u00e9thodes mixtes, notamment l'observation, l'entretien, l'enqu\u00eate et la d\u00e9limitation du champ d'application, afin d'obtenir une vision polyvalente de la situation actuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des profils de clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour trois types d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves diff\u00e9rents sur la base des donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es. Les types d'\u00e9tudiants ont montr\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences dans leurs besoins d'orientation et de soutien - l'un \u00e9tant un super performant et ayant juste besoin d'un petit coup de pouce dans la bonne direction, l'autre ayant besoin d'une aide plus structur\u00e9e et personnalis\u00e9e, et le troisi\u00e8me recherchant un soutien individualis\u00e9. Les id\u00e9es de solutions les plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour tous les types d'\u00e9tudiants \u00e9taient un guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape pour mettre \u00e0 jour et rafra\u00eechir les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de recherche d'informations et un test de comp\u00e9tences d'entr\u00e9e qui permet aux \u00e9tudiants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de VA et de les \u00e9valuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outils utiles aux apprenants adultes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape qui met l'accent sur les comp\u00e9tences et les outils de recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 au cours de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2022. Ce guide a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour fonctionner avec le guide complet de recherche d'informations d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant. Le nouveau guide a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d'un groupe pilote d'\u00e9tudiants en cours d'\u00e9t\u00e9. Selon l'enseignant du cours, les \u00e9tudiants ont eu moins de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 identifier les sources acad\u00e9miques avec l'aide du nouveau guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enseignants consid\u00e9raient le guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape comme une partie tellement importante des \u00e9tudes qu'ils voulaient s'assurer et contr\u00f4ler que les \u00e9tudiants s'\u00e9taient familiaris\u00e9s avec le guide. Le test de comp\u00e9tences de niveau d\u00e9butant a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 l'automne 2022 \u00e0 cette fin. La r\u00e9ussite de ce test est obligatoire dans le cadre d'un cours sur les m\u00e9thodes de recherche. Le test a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 au printemps 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l'indiquent Marquez et Downey (2015), l'utilisation d'un processus de conception de services peut aider la biblioth\u00e8que \u00e0 affiner les services existants pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de nos clients et garantir, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration, que les services sont efficaces et pertinents.
