{"id":1668,"date":"2023-10-10T16:39:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T16:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1668"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:52:25","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:52:25","slug":"supporting-students-digital-literacy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/supporting-students-digital-literacy\/","title":{"rendered":"Soutenir la culture num\u00e9rique des \u00e9tudiants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En septembre 2021, le gouvernement norv\u00e9gien a lanc\u00e9 sa \"Strat\u00e9gie pour la transformation num\u00e9rique de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur 2021-2025\" (Strat\u00e9gie, 2021), et en novembre 2022, le plan d'action s'appuyant sur cette strat\u00e9gie a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 (Plan d'action, 2022). La strat\u00e9gie et le plan d'action sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s \u00e0 diverses initiatives de l'Union europ\u00e9enne (Plan d'action pour l'\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique, 2021 ; Une Europe adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e8re num\u00e9rique, 2019), ainsi qu'au plan global de num\u00e9risation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 norv\u00e9gienne (Un secteur public num\u00e9rique, 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie et le plan d'action sont ax\u00e9s sur les \u00e9tudiants et les universitaires, et sur leur besoin d'acqu\u00e9rir davantage de comp\u00e9tences et de connaissances pratiques dans le domaine des technologies de l'information. L'objectif final est de disposer d'une main-d'\u0153uvre plus comp\u00e9tente sur le plan num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni la strat\u00e9gie ni le plan d'action ne mentionnent sp\u00e9cifiquement les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires, mais dans les actions, il y a de la place pour des interventions pertinentes o\u00f9 les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le de premier plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article, nous aimerions partager quelques exp\u00e9riences de travail de d\u00e9veloppement dans ce domaine, de l'Universit\u00e9 de Bergen et de la biblioth\u00e8que universitaire, ainsi que de la biblioth\u00e8que universitaire de l'UiT, l'Universit\u00e9 arctique de Norv\u00e8ge. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes croissantes du minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9ducation et de la recherche, l'universit\u00e9 de Bergen a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un programme de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et d'aptitudes num\u00e9riques, et la biblioth\u00e8que a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 participer au d\u00e9veloppement de ce programme. La contribution de la biblioth\u00e8que s'intitule Digital source criticism\/information evaluation (critique des sources num\u00e9riques\/\u00e9valuation des informations). Un court cours en ligne destin\u00e9 principalement aux \u00e9tudiants de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e leur apprend \u00e0 naviguer de mani\u00e8re plus critique dans un monde de faits, d'opinions et d'arguments partag\u00e9s dans tous les domaines, des m\u00e9dias sociaux aux manuels universitaires. Le cours en trois modules suit un cas concernant la quantit\u00e9 croissante de d\u00e9chets plastiques dans la mer, et comment la recherche \u00e0 ce sujet se retrouve dans le d\u00e9bat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La biblioth\u00e8que de l'universit\u00e9 de Troms\u00f8 a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 iKomp, un cours en ligne gratuit et ouvert \u00e0 tous ceux qui souhaitent en savoir plus sur l'utilisation des sources et les strat\u00e9gies d'apprentissage. L'objectif principal du cours est de permettre aux \u00e9tudiants de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences et aux attentes des universit\u00e9s et des \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur en mati\u00e8re d'apprentissage, d'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique et d'utilisation des sources. Le cours peut \u00eatre suivi dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, avec un examen final, et peut donc \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un travail obligatoire pour les \u00e9tudiants de premier cycle. Un cours similaire pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de sixi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, afin de pr\u00e9parer ce groupe \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et au traitement de l'information au travail ou \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, nous comparerons les deux approches par le biais d'une comparaison qualitative entre les deux cours susmentionn\u00e9s, en \u00e9tudiant la port\u00e9e, les objectifs d'apprentissage et d'autres aspects pertinents, et nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirons aux forces et aux faiblesses des cours (Yin, 2018).
