Pour les nombreuses choses que nous devons faire dans la vie de tous les jours, nous sommes souvent surcharg\u00e9s d'informations sur la mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der. Une visite sur un moteur de recherche Internet (par exemple, Google) ou sur une vid\u00e9oth\u00e8que en ligne (par exemple, YouTube) peut souvent donner lieu \u00e0 de multiples r\u00e9sultats sur la fa\u00e7on de faire la m\u00eame chose. Le probl\u00e8me de la recherche d'informations se transforme souvent en un probl\u00e8me de filtrage et d'\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le contexte de l'abondance de l'information, la ma\u00eetrise de l'information devient une comp\u00e9tence vitale pour que les individus puissent filtrer l'information (Abdallah, 2013) dans la vie de tous les jours. Cette comp\u00e9tence est importante pour atteindre les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recherche, nous nous sommes appuy\u00e9s sur la th\u00e9orie existante sur la ma\u00eetrise de l'information (Sample, 2020), les m\u00e9dias riches (Ishii, et al. 2019) et la recherche d'informations dans la vie quotidienne (Savolainen, 2017) dans le contexte de la condition physique et de l'exercice physique des \u00e9tudiants. Cela est important, car les pratiques des \u00e9tudiants en mati\u00e8re de condition physique et d'exercice physique peuvent conduire \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats souhaitables tels que la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre, ou \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats n\u00e9gatifs tels que la douleur et les blessures. Dans un monde o\u00f9 tant d'informations sont disponibles dans de multiples formats, il est important de comprendre comment les \u00e9tudiants recherchent des informations pour la pratique de la condition physique et de l'exercice physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude qualitative porte sur \"la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9tudiants recherchent des informations dans le contexte du fitness et de l'exercice physique\". Ce travail de recherche en cours est bas\u00e9 sur huit entretiens et des observations in situ dans les locaux d'une universit\u00e9 nordique qui fournit des services sportifs \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants. Nous couvrons diff\u00e9rentes modalit\u00e9s de remise en forme telles que la gymnastique su\u00e9doise, le basket-ball, l'halt\u00e9rophilie, les \u00e9tirements et la gymnastique en mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons constat\u00e9 que m\u00eame si les \u00e9tudiants pr\u00e9sentaient des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d'alphab\u00e9tisation dans les mati\u00e8res acad\u00e9miques, ils recherchaient et \u00e9valuaient les informations relatives \u00e0 leur condition physique et \u00e0 l'exercice physique d'une mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rente de leurs \u00e9tudes et de leurs mati\u00e8res acad\u00e9miques. Comme on pouvait s'y attendre, les \u00e9tudiants pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les informations riches en m\u00e9dias au format num\u00e9rique, mais il est frappant de constater que chaque \u00e9tudiant consomme l'information d'une mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait unique - la plupart d'entre eux consomment des contenus tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, m\u00eame s'ils pratiquent la m\u00eame modalit\u00e9. Cela s'explique par le degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 de personnalisation, d'interactivit\u00e9 et d'intrusion des plateformes des fournisseurs d'informations. Les \u00e9tudiants ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le paysage corporel de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information. Ils ont \u00e9galement consomm\u00e9 des recherches publi\u00e9es sur les sciences du sport, mais seulement de mani\u00e8re indirecte. Certains d'entre eux fournissent souvent des informations \u00e0 d'autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous discuterons de l'int\u00e9gration de nos r\u00e9sultats avec la th\u00e9orie de la ma\u00eetrise de l'information, la th\u00e9orie des m\u00e9dias riches et la recherche d'informations dans la vie de tous les jours.
