Les informations m\u00e9dicales sont conserv\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es dans des dossiers m\u00e9dicaux tenus par des professionnels, mais aussi par les patients \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9. Les m\u00e9thodes de conservation varient, du num\u00e9rique au papier, mais de plus en plus, les dossiers m\u00e9dicaux et les services de sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sont devenus num\u00e9riques. Cependant, tout le monde n'est pas favorable aux services num\u00e9riques, en particulier lorsqu'il s'agit des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. Les attitudes n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des services de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques peuvent refl\u00e9ter des attitudes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de la technologie num\u00e9rique (Knapova, Klocek &amp; Elavsky, 2020) ou l'appr\u00e9ciation de l'interaction directe avec les professionnels de la sant\u00e9. En outre, les services accessibles aux patients influencent le comportement des personnes en mati\u00e8re de gestion de l'information personnelle sur la sant\u00e9 (anonymat pour examen). Cette \u00e9tude contribue \u00e0 combler les lacunes observ\u00e9es dans une revue syst\u00e9matique indiquant que relativement peu d'attention a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l'examen des exp\u00e9riences des personnes sur les services de sant\u00e9 en ligne, y compris leurs avantages (sous couvert d'anonymat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thodes et collecte de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate postale a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9chantillon al\u00e9atoire de 1 500 personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 55 \u00e0 70 ans, tir\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me national d'information sur la population de Finlande. Au total, 373 questionnaires remplis (25 %) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us. L'\u00e2ge moyen de la population finale de l'\u00e9tude \u00e9tait de 63,2 ans (\u00e9cart-type 4,7) et 225 personnes (60,6 %) se sont identifi\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant des femmes. Cette \u00e9tude se concentre sp\u00e9cifiquement sur les questions ouvertes de l'enqu\u00eate. Celles-ci portaient sur la gestion des informations personnelles sur la sant\u00e9 et sur les opinions concernant les services de sant\u00e9 en ligne actuels et futurs. Les donn\u00e9es qualitatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'une analyse de contenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Constatations et conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exp\u00e9riences des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de gestion des informations personnelles sur la sant\u00e9, d'utilisation des services de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques et d'attitude \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de leur r\u00f4le sont partag\u00e9es. Les craintes, la confiance et la motivation, ainsi que les pratiques et routines g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d'information dans la vie quotidienne, guident leurs exp\u00e9riences et leur comportement \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des dossiers de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques. Sans limite de ressources ou de technologies disponibles lors du d\u00e9veloppement d'un service de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, selon les personnes interrog\u00e9es, le meilleur service possible contiendrait des informations polyvalentes sur la sant\u00e9 et combinerait des informations provenant de diff\u00e9rents secteurs des soins de sant\u00e9.
