Au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nos sp\u00e9cialistes de l'information ont donn\u00e9 des cours pratiques, des cours sur demande et des cours d'un cr\u00e9dit en ma\u00eetrise de l'information pour les \u00e9tudiants de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et les \u00e9tudiants en licence. Certains cours sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s ou organis\u00e9s en collaboration avec le corps enseignant. Le paysage scientifique en constante \u00e9volution exige un changement dans la mani\u00e8re dont nous soutenons la ma\u00eetrise de l'information des \u00e9tudiants (Lokse et al., 2017). Comme nos professeurs d'IL n'ont la possibilit\u00e9 de donner qu'un seul cours magistral de deux heures par cours d'IL, le risque de surcharger les \u00e9tudiants d'informations est imminent (Lokse et al., 2017). Pour que les cours magistraux restent assez l\u00e9gers, notre biblioth\u00e8que offre autant de soutien que possible \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'information par d'autres moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les services de l'IL \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main<\/strong><br>Depuis la pand\u00e9mie, les \u00e9tudiants semblent pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer recevoir des services de biblioth\u00e8que en ligne (Baker &amp; Ellis, 2021). Par cons\u00e9quent, les questions et l'assistance en mati\u00e8re de VA se font par les canaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s des \u00e9tudiants. Notre biblioth\u00e8que dispose d'un service de chat en direct pour les \u00e9tudiants, les chercheurs et le personnel. Nous pensons qu'un chatbot ne permet pas aux \u00e9tudiants d'\u00e9valuer, d'utiliser et de cr\u00e9er des informations de mani\u00e8re efficace. D'autres moyens d'obtenir l'aide de la biblioth\u00e8que sont d'utiliser le formulaire \"Ask the library\" (demandez \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que) ou de nous envoyer un courriel. Les questions pos\u00e9es par le biais du formulaire et du courrier \u00e9lectronique sont transmises \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de tickets g\u00e9r\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes de l'information. Pour que ces services de biblioth\u00e8que en ligne soient efficaces, il est important de suivre l'\u00e9volution de la technologie et de maintenir et d\u00e9velopper les connaissances et l'expertise des sp\u00e9cialistes de l'information gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation appropri\u00e9e (Laaro, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons \u00e9galement un atelier de th\u00e8se hebdomadaire sans rendez-vous, en collaboration avec le psychologue de l'universit\u00e9. L'atelier vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la th\u00e8se des \u00e9tudiants concernant les questions de VA, la gestion du temps et les blocages de l'\u00e9crivain. Les \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement du soutien de leurs pairs. Avant la pand\u00e9mie, les ateliers se d\u00e9roulaient sur le campus, mais aujourd'hui, ils sont organis\u00e9s en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les \u00e9tudiants peuvent obtenir des conseils personnels en mati\u00e8re de VA en prenant rendez-vous avec un sp\u00e9cialiste de l'information par l'interm\u00e9diaire du Book, un service de tutorat. Ce service aide les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 trouver des ressources d'information appropri\u00e9es, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs strat\u00e9gies de recherche et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des analyses documentaires. Ces rendez-vous ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lieu en ligne. La biblioth\u00e8que organise des sessions en ligne ouvertes \u00e0 tous sur des sujets tels que les livres \u00e9lectroniques, la gestion des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et des donn\u00e9es, et la science ouverte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Tritonia, nous reconnaissons que nous avons un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer en apportant \u00e0 nos \u00e9tudiants universitaires un soutien solide en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise de l'information lorsqu'ils en ont besoin, afin qu'ils puissent s'\u00e9panouir dans leurs \u00e9tudes et, plus tard, dans leur vie professionnelle. Proposer diff\u00e9rents types de services d'aide \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'information facilement accessibles favorise non seulement les \u00e9tudiants, mais aussi l'ensemble de l'universit\u00e9.
