{"id":1598,"date":"2023-10-10T11:44:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T11:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1598"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:51:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:51:32","slug":"data-literacy-in-public-libraries-in-croatia-an-empirical-study","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/data-literacy-in-public-libraries-in-croatia-an-empirical-study\/","title":{"rendered":"La ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es dans les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques en Croatie : Une \u00e9tude empirique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Introduction<br><\/strong>La ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es est d\u00e9finie comme \"un ensemble de comp\u00e9tences et une base de connaissances sp\u00e9cifiques, qui donnent aux individus les moyens de transformer les donn\u00e9es en informations et en connaissances exploitables en leur permettant d'acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es, de les interpr\u00e9ter, de les \u00e9valuer de mani\u00e8re critique, de les g\u00e9rer et de les utiliser de mani\u00e8re \u00e9thique\" (Koltay, 2017, p. 10). Elle est devenue une comp\u00e9tence professionnelle et civique importante, n\u00e9cessaire pour fonctionner dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du XXIe si\u00e8cle (Nayek &amp; Sen, 2015 ; Bowler, Acker &amp; Chi, 2019). La ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es fait \u00e9galement partie des programmes quotidiens de la biblioth\u00e8que con\u00e7us pour la communaut\u00e9 locale dans le but de r\u00e9duire les lacunes de la fracture num\u00e9rique dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (Shafiq, Bhatti &amp; Naeem, 2020). Au niveau professionnel, la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es est devenue n\u00e9cessaire dans la gestion des biblioth\u00e8ques publiques, car les d\u00e9cisions des directeurs sont souvent bas\u00e9es sur des quantit\u00e9s croissantes de donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es au cours des op\u00e9rations quotidiennes de la biblioth\u00e8que. Outre les programmes de biblioth\u00e8que destin\u00e9s aux utilisateurs et la prise de d\u00e9cisions de gestion bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es, les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques ont la possibilit\u00e9 de concevoir des partenariats avec des organisations de partage et d'utilisation des donn\u00e9es et de renforcer la perception de ces biblioth\u00e8ques en tant que centres d'information cl\u00e9s (Enis, 2020). Cela les rendrait int\u00e9ressantes pour les utilisateurs qui souhaitent se familiariser avec la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es, mais qui ne savent pas o\u00f9 ni \u00e0 qui s'adresser pour en savoir plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recherche<\/strong><br>Ce document pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats d'une \u00e9tude empirique men\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale dans les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques de Croatie sur la reconnaissance du terme \"ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es\" et ses caract\u00e9ristiques. Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l'avancement de la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es dans les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques de Croatie. L'analyse de la litt\u00e9rature a montr\u00e9 que les \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures men\u00e9es dans le monde entier se sont le plus souvent concentr\u00e9es sur les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires, tandis que les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9glig\u00e9es dans ce domaine. En Croatie, il n'y a pas eu d'\u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes sur la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es dans les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques. L'objectif de cette \u00e9tude est donc de collecter des donn\u00e9es sur la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es et ses caract\u00e9ristiques reconnaissables. L'hypoth\u00e8se de l'\u00e9tude est que les responsables des biblioth\u00e8ques publiques ne connaissent pas encore parfaitement le terme de ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es et qu'ils manquent d'une formation plus approfondie \u00e0 ce sujet. Un questionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi comme principale m\u00e9thode quantitative non probabiliste de recherche, car il permet d'atteindre de nombreux r\u00e9pondants dispers\u00e9s dans une vaste r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9 par courrier \u00e9lectronique aux responsables de toutes les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques officiellement enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que nationale et universitaire de Zagreb. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche indiquent que les responsables des biblioth\u00e8ques publiques utilisent beaucoup les donn\u00e9es dans le processus de prise de d\u00e9cision. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les responsables de biblioth\u00e8ques manquaient de connaissances approfondies en math\u00e9matiques, statistiques, visualisation de donn\u00e9es et logique. En revanche, ils connaissaient les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du cycle de vie des donn\u00e9es et reconnaissaient les caract\u00e9ristiques importantes de la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 qu'ils reconnaissaient les comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la bonne gestion d'une biblioth\u00e8que publique. Aucune biblioth\u00e8que publique n'employait de biblioth\u00e9caire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les donn\u00e9es, mais elles d\u00e9finissaient clairement les activit\u00e9s qu'une telle personne devrait effectuer si elle \u00e9tait employ\u00e9e. Les biblioth\u00e8ques publiques utilisent les donn\u00e9es principalement pour la gestion de la biblioth\u00e8que et pour des analyses et des \u00e9tudes orient\u00e9es vers les utilisateurs. Pour acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances de base ou suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la ma\u00eetrise des donn\u00e9es, les responsables des biblioth\u00e8ques publiques pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les cours de courte dur\u00e9e et les webinaires, mais ils souhaitent \u00e9galement que les futurs biblioth\u00e9caires acqui\u00e8rent ces connaissances au cours de leurs \u00e9tudes universitaires.
