{"id":1568,"date":"2023-10-09T08:42:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T08:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1568"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:47:25","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T14:47:25","slug":"the-impact-of-teaching-digital-literacies-and-open-practices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/the-impact-of-teaching-digital-literacies-and-open-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"L'impact de l'enseignement de la litt\u00e9ratie num\u00e9rique et des pratiques ouvertes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis 2018, je suis responsable de module pour un cours de niveau master de 15 cr\u00e9dits enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 City, University of London dans le cadre du Master in Academic Practice, qui est une qualification d'enseignement dans l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur offerte au personnel interne et externe. Le programme compte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 100 \u00e9tudiants. Le module EDM122 Digital Literacies and Open Practice explore les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et informationnelles du personnel et des \u00e9tudiants, notamment en dissipant le mythe du \"natif num\u00e9rique\" et en expliquant comment int\u00e9grer diverses comp\u00e9tences dans les programmes universitaires. Le module contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la culture du droit d'auteur (Morrison &amp; Secker, 2017) et la situe comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de l'\u00e9rudition num\u00e9rique (Weller, 2011). En plus d'\u00eatre propos\u00e9 au personnel acad\u00e9mique, il s'agit d'un module optionnel pour les \u00e9tudiants du d\u00e9partement Biblioth\u00e8que et sciences de l'information (LIS) et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi par plusieurs membres du personnel de la biblioth\u00e8que \u00e0 City. La s\u00e9rie de webinaires du module est accessible \u00e0 tous et les enregistrements et ressources sont partag\u00e9s sur le blog du module : https:\/\/blogs.city.ac.uk\/dilop\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette session de pratique r\u00e9flexive, je partagerai mes exp\u00e9riences d'enseignement de ce module au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et l'impact qu'il a eu sur les pratiques d'\u00e9ducation ouverte de mes \u00e9tudiants. Je r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirai \u00e9galement au r\u00f4le du jeu de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en libre acc\u00e8s The Publishing Trap (Morrison &amp; Secker, 2022) qui est jou\u00e9 lors de la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e d'enseignement du module. Pour illustrer la session, je partagerai les commentaires et les \u00e9valuations cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les \u00e9tudiants qui mettent en \u00e9vidence leur propre compr\u00e9hension et leurs exp\u00e9riences de la ma\u00eetrise du num\u00e9rique, de l'information et du droit d'auteur et sa relation avec les pratiques \u00e9ducatives ouvertes (PEO). Les \u00e9tudiants sont des enseignants d'une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de disciplines, mais il est int\u00e9ressant de noter qu'un grand nombre d'enseignants en sciences de la sant\u00e9 et d'infirmiers \u00e9ducateurs semblent avoir trouv\u00e9 le module particuli\u00e8rement transformateur. Je discuterai des nouvelles pratiques qu'ils ont pu adopter, en m'inspirant de la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes conceptualisent les PEO (Cronin &amp; MacLaren, 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'impact du module sera examin\u00e9 dans une perspective plus large et je pr\u00e9senterai bri\u00e8vement les r\u00e9sultats d'un projet de recherche en cours sur les attitudes du personnel \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'enseignement assist\u00e9 par la technologie et sa relation avec les pratiques ouvertes (Secker, 2020). Je recueillerai des donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires au printemps et \u00e0 l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2023, de sorte que je devrais \u00e9galement \u00eatre en mesure de partager des r\u00e9sultats plus r\u00e9cents lors de la conf\u00e9rence, qui explorent l'impact de la pand\u00e9mie sur les attitudes du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, j'inviterai les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s \u00e0 partager leurs id\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re dont un module de ce type pourrait contribuer \u00e0 renforcer la compr\u00e9hension des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et de l'OEP par le personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Morrison, C., &amp; Secker, J.
