Nouveaux d\u00e9fis dans l'Union europ\u00e9enne et au-del\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Introduction\nDepuis au moins deux d\u00e9cennies, le flux de travail des \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (ES) en Europe est guid\u00e9 par l'approche par projet. L'Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) soutient financi\u00e8rement l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et vise une internationalisation et une coop\u00e9ration maximales entre les pays europ\u00e9ens.\nL'Initiative europ\u00e9enne pour les universit\u00e9s (IUE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2017. Son ambition est de renforcer les partenariats strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 travers l'UE entre les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur en construisant des r\u00e9seaux d'universit\u00e9s \u00e0 travers l'UE. En 2019, l'EUI a lanc\u00e9 son premier appel \u00e0 alliances pour les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Fin 2022, 41 alliances universitaires europ\u00e9ennes rassemblaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 340 \u00e9tablissements d'ES (Espace europ\u00e9en de l'\u00e9ducation, n.d.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivation<\/strong><br>Les membres de ces alliances sont oblig\u00e9s de changer beaucoup de choses dans leur travail quotidien et d'acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques au projet. Pour la majorit\u00e9 des biblioth\u00e8ques membres de ces alliances, c'est la premi\u00e8re fois qu'elles participent \u00e0 des projets communs et internationaux (donc \u00e9galement multiculturels) avec des exigences, une terminologie et des flux de travail sp\u00e9cifiques, dict\u00e9s par les exigences de la convention de subvention et les r\u00e9sultats attendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thodologie<\/strong><br>Une analyse approfondie des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences ancr\u00e9es dans la ma\u00eetrise de l'information (entendue ici comme un concept global, regroupant donc de nombreuses \"litt\u00e9raties\" connexes) n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une gestion de projet r\u00e9ussie a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Elle s'est bas\u00e9e sur 1) une revue de la litt\u00e9rature sur la gestion des connaissances et des projets (par exemple, Bartlett, 2021 ; Mounir, 2018) et sur les nouvelles exigences professionnelles pour les biblioth\u00e9caires (par exemple, Wojciechowska, 2018) ainsi que 2) l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle du projet TRAIN4EU, codirig\u00e9 par les biblioth\u00e9caires acad\u00e9miques de la biblioth\u00e8que de l'Universit\u00e9 de Varsovie (Pologne), g\u00e9r\u00e9 par les universit\u00e9s 4EU+ dans le cadre d'Horizon 2020 (4EU+, n.d.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats<\/strong><br>L'analyse a abouti \u00e0 une carte des comp\u00e9tences utiles et n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler sur des projets internationaux financ\u00e9s par l'UE. L'analyse a montr\u00e9 que les comp\u00e9tences traditionnellement associ\u00e9es aux emplois des biblioth\u00e9caires et des professionnels de l'information, telles que la ma\u00eetrise des m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es, la ma\u00eetrise de l'information, la gestion de l'information ou la gestion des donn\u00e9es de recherche, sont cruciales pour travailler sur des projets financ\u00e9s par l'UE. Ainsi, d'une part, les biblioth\u00e9caires et les professionnels universitaires peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 devenir des acteurs importants sur la sc\u00e8ne d'un flux de travail bas\u00e9 sur un projet ; d'autre part, il existe des lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences qui doivent \u00eatre combl\u00e9es non seulement pour soutenir les chercheurs de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e8te, mais aussi pour pouvoir mener des projets de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante.
