{"id":1513,"date":"2023-10-09T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/?p=1513"},"modified":"2023-12-18T09:24:41","modified_gmt":"2023-12-18T09:24:41","slug":"information-mourning-among-retired-faculty-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlitas.org\/fr\/information-mourning-among-retired-faculty-members\/","title":{"rendered":"Information sur le deuil des enseignants retrait\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Au d\u00e9part, l'objectif de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait uniquement d'explorer le comportement en mati\u00e8re d'information des universitaires fra\u00eechement retrait\u00e9s issus d'un large \u00e9ventail de facult\u00e9s universitaires polonaises. Cependant, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la recherche avan\u00e7ait, il est apparu que les pratiques d'information, ainsi que leur contexte affectif, d\u00e9crites par les anciens membres de la facult\u00e9 suivaient un mod\u00e8le \u00e9tonnamment saillant ressemblant au deuil. En suivant cette voie, j'ai ajust\u00e9 les objectifs de la recherche pour apporter des r\u00e9ponses aux questions suivantes : a) dans la vie quotidienne des universitaires, la retraite est-elle un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9clencheur susceptible de provoquer un deuil de l'information ? et, b) si oui, quelles sont les manifestations comportementales et les cons\u00e9quences d'un tel processus de deuil de l'information ? Cette \u00e9tude poursuit quatre objectifs : 1) identifier et d\u00e9crire les comportements informationnels des chercheurs retrait\u00e9s qui pourraient constituer un deuil informationnel ; 2) \u00e9valuer la nocivit\u00e9\/neutralit\u00e9 de ces comportements pour le bien-\u00eatre des anciens membres du corps enseignant et, en cas d'impact n\u00e9gatif observ\u00e9, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux rem\u00e8des possibles ; 3) identifier et d\u00e9crire les strat\u00e9gies d'adaptation constantes et individuellement variables appliqu\u00e9es par les chercheurs afin d'att\u00e9nuer les pertes d'information (voir Williamson, 2005 ; Israeli, 2020) ; et 4) interpr\u00e9ter les r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de l'\u00e9cologie de l'information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a consist\u00e9 en une s\u00e9rie de 12 entretiens individuels approfondis men\u00e9s avec des chercheurs en sciences humaines ayant pris leur retraite des universit\u00e9s polonaises au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. , . Les entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s en bloc comme un ensemble de r\u00e9cits et soumis \u00e0 une analyse du discours \u00e0 l'aide de la m\u00e9thode de cartographie cognitive des m\u00e9taphores. Sur la base de ce mat\u00e9riel textuel uniquement, j'ai extrait des m\u00e9taphores simples et ramifi\u00e9es et je les ai interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es en suivant une approche nomoth\u00e9tique sans aucune hypoth\u00e8se pr\u00e9con\u00e7ue (Massey &amp; Ehrensberger-Dow, 2017 ; Csat\u00e1r, 2014). Les universitaires interrog\u00e9s avaient tendance \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer leur retrait de l'universit\u00e9 comme une perte personnelle colossale, souvent d\u00e9crite en termes de bannissement, d'amputation et d'orphelinat. La majorit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es se sont senties exclues de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d'information qui leur \u00e9tait familier et qui fa\u00e7onnait leur identit\u00e9. L'ampleur de la perte subie semble d\u00e9clencher un processus de deuil r\u00e9gulier avec ses \u00e9tapes typiques de r\u00e9bellion, de col\u00e8re, de r\u00e9signation, etc. Sur la base des hypoth\u00e8ses cl\u00e9s de l'\u00e9cologie de l'information, th\u00e9oris\u00e9e notamment par Fidel, Nardi et O'Day (Fidel, 2012 ; Nardi &amp; O'Day, 2000) et des r\u00e9sultats de la recherche sur le comportement informationnel des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (Williamson, 2005 ; Kim et al. 2016), combin\u00e9s au cadre conceptuel des horizons informationnels de Diane H. Sonnenwald (2005), le deuil informationnel pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9fini comme une perturbation morbide, prolong\u00e9e et nuisible de l'espace informationnel individuel caus\u00e9e par une perte de connexions physiques et immat\u00e9rielles avec une communaut\u00e9 plus large. Pris dans la spirale du deuil, l'individu n'a plus assez d'autonomie pour se r\u00e9tablir sans aide. Il semble toutefois que la lourdeur affective d'\u00eatre coup\u00e9 de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d'information de l'universit\u00e9 puisse \u00eatre soulag\u00e9e et que les m\u00e9canismes d'adaptation puissent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s par la mise en place de quelques rem\u00e8des pratiques simples. L'objectif de ces rem\u00e8des devrait \u00eatre de r\u00e9tablir le sentiment d'appartenance et de reconstruire les liens bris\u00e9s avec la communaut\u00e9 universitaire et, par cons\u00e9quent, d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9adaptation.
